PERIMETER OF A SQUARE










      Perimeter is the sum of all the sides of a polygon. Given a square as our polygon, adding all its four sides gave us the perimeter of a square. The formula for the perimeter of a square can be found by:

To apply this formula to get the perimeter of a square, simple examples were provided.

Solve the following:

1. A square has one side measures 2 ft. What is the perimeter of the square?
