PARAMETRIC TEST

A parametric test is a type of test which shows normal distribution. The data focused are within the population parameter. It is either ratio or interval data.

We are using parametric test when the data shows normal distribution where the kurtosis = .265, and the skewness = 0. The parametric test is more reliable to the non-parametric test. This test is a tool to tell about the abnormality and normality of skewness and kurtusis.

Best statistical tools to use were the following:

1. t- test for independent samples

2. t-test for correlated sample

3. z test for one sample group

4. z test for two sample group

5. ANOVA ( Analysis of Variance)

6. Pearson Product Moment Coefficient of Correlation)

7. Simple Linear Regression Analysis

8. Multiple regression Analysis
